London Gate, the real estate developer, has revealed plans to redefine the Dubai Marina skyline with its latest project, the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower.

Partnering with Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller, the tower is set to become the world's tallest branded residential clock tower, standing at 450 meters. The launch event, held at Ritz Carlton DIFC and attended by over 1,500 people, showcased the tower's design and interiors.

The Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower will house 649 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with duplexes named Sky Mansions and Sky Villas, spread across 106 floors. The pricing starts at Dh1,800 per square foot, slightly above the average reported by CBRE in December. The tower's total sales value is estimated to exceed Dh2 billion.

Luxury amenities include a Zen garden, private cinema, cigar lounge, library, spa, yoga room, and 24/7 concierge services. To entice buyers, each apartment sold comes with the promise of a limited edition Franck Muller watch, although not the Aeternitas model valued at $2.5 million. The tower's large clock, measuring 40 meters by 30 meters, will be manufactured in Germany and visible from several kilometers away.

Dubai's prime real estate market is expected to grow 5% in 2024, driven by supply limitations and increased demand from key source markets. London Gate, which previously focused on build-to-rent projects, shifted its strategy and launched several luxury developments. The Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, located on the former Marina 106 project site, is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.
