T-Mobile in the U.S. has been down for more than ten hours for many users due to unknown reason.

The company has confirmed the issue by twittering:

We are aware of and rapidly working to resolve an issue that has created intermittent impacts to voice, messaging and data service in several areas this evening. We hope to have a resolution very soon and apologize for any disruption this may cause

However, T-Mobile has not officially stated the reasons for the failure. It should be a problem with the network equipment, since the whole country is affected.

According to reports in social network it is not a local failure in individual states. Although, there are users who have a working connection.

T-Mobile is unavailable and many iPhone users may still see 'SOS' icon in their devices, even in regions where the T-Mobile services have been restarted.

The company has not given any additional details regarding the outage, including when the issue might be fixed.
