UAE Cyber Security Council and Kaspersky join forces to improve cyber readiness and resilience

The UAE Cyber Security Council (CSC UAE) and Kaspersky have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during GITEX Global 2023 to enhance cyber readiness and resilience across all sectors of the UAE's economy.

This partnership aims to strengthen information security, share expertise, and provide educational initiatives to combat evolving cyberthreats.

Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of the UAE Cyber Security Council, emphasized the importance of establishing ties with cybersecurity experts to protect the nation's economic environment.

Andrey Efremov, Chief Business Development Officer at Kaspersky, highlighted the shared responsibility of public and private sectors in safeguarding against information security risks.
