Proptech company Square Yards has launched 3D Metaverse platform that helps people search and view properties using a high-end digital lookalike of Dubai in the Metaverse.

Users can search over 2,000+ potential real estate projects in Dubai through an interactive 3D interface, get full project information and enter the project's Metaverse as an avatar. It is carried out using 3D, AI, VR and AR.

Tanuj Shori, Co-founder and CEO, Square Yards said:

Imagine searching for properties to buy, sell and rent across Dubai in high-quality 3D at true scale, visit the project building in VR, walk around the amenities and interiors, and interact with residents and salespeople virtually. With the launch of our 3D metaverse platform, we are transposing real estate to a virtual realm, making it more experiential, immersive, and yet, easily accessible for the masses. Users can enjoy 3D virtual tours remotely and perceive accurate depictions of the property, that will create an emotional anchor to the space and encourage them to seal a deal at the end of the day.

The platform allows users to log in and navigate around the project building, viewing the interiors using an avatar of their choice. In addition, potential buyers can communicate with dedicated sales representatives through voice conferences.

The platform is currently being tested by a closed group of users and developers. In addition, the company plans to launch the platform in other markets such as India, Canada and Australia in the near future.
