The UAE has begun accepting applications for multiple-entry tourist visas for Qatar World Cup ID card holders, also known as Hayya cards, travelling to Doha.

The permit allows football fans to enter the UAE multiple times over a period of 90 days, at a nominal cost of AED100 ($27). The 90-day limit will begin on the date of issuance of the visa.

The visas can also be extended for another 90 days as per the UAE protocol and rules in place.

Those exempt from visa, can travel to and stay in the UAE according to the current regulations set up by the government.

Hayya cardholders can apply for the visa through the official Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP), website.
