Aston Martin and Porsche showcase next-gen Apple CarPlay for 2024 models

Luxury car manufacturers Aston Martin and Porsche have unveiled a preview of the upcoming next generation of Apple's CarPlay interface.

Anticipated to launch in 2024, this advanced version of CarPlay will extend connectivity to all displays within the vehicle, not limited to the central information screen. The interface offers customization options, allowing users to match the car brand's style, personalize widgets, and display essential information on the instrument cluster.

Porsche is expected to introduce the new CarPlay in select models, while Aston Martin plans to debut it on the 2024 DB12 coupe and DB12 convertible.
