Notion to launch AI-powered, fully customizable email app in 2025

Notion is launching a fully customizable email app, “Mail,” set to arrive in early 2025, offering users flexibility to organize their inboxes and automate tasks through Notion AI.

The Mail app, designed to simplify email management, will let users create custom inbox views, set layouts, and implement AI-driven automations for tasks like archiving, scheduling, and drafting messages.

The app, which integrates with Google and Gmail accounts, will be available on iPhone and Android.

In addition, Notion also introduced a new Forms tool, much like Google Forms, and expanded its template marketplace, aiming to make Notion an all-in-one productivity solution.
