Inkifi photo company published the Instagram Travel Guide, which consists of the most popular travel destinations in Dubai for 2022.

Burj Al Arab was graded as the most distinguished hotel on Instagram. With more than 2.55 million entries, Burj Khalifa and Atlantis The Palm also topped the guide.

The Travel Guide ranks the most attractive sites on Instagram for each category, from the most luxurious hotels through the most beautiful landscapes, beaches and theatres, all the way to the best national parks in the world.

Burj Al Arab came first on Instagram with 2,553,515 posts, surpassing the Marina Bay Sands hotel in Singapore, and the Caesar Palace and MGM Grand Las Vegas hotels in the United States. The tower, designed in the form of an impressive sail, opens wonderful views of Dubai and the Arabian Gulf for its guests. Other hotels that ranked high in the rankings are Atlantis The Palm, which ranked fifth with 572,449 Instagram posts, and Palazzo Versace Dubai, which ranked 24th with 54,677 Instagram posts. In the category of tourist attractions, Burj Khalifa ranked fourth with 5,778,018 posts on Instagram, while Burj Al Arab ranked 15th in the category of attractions with 2,554,727 posts on Instagram.

The guide methodology, according to the Inkifi website, is based on updating the ratings by placing a hashtag for each site, and then searching for it on “Instagram” while recording the total number of posts for each site. This enabled the company to rank different sites based on the number of posts and reveal the most popular destinations on Instagram across several categories.
