Casio unveils Moflin, a furry robot pet designed to calm and comfort users

Casio has launched preorders for Moflin, a cuddly robotic pet designed to provide emotional support and comfort.

Priced at around $398, Moflin can recognize its owner and develop a simulated personality through unique sounds and movements, deepening its bond with users over time.

Unlike other robotic pets like Sony’s Aibo, Moflin is intended to be held and cuddled. With AI-powered features, it reacts to interactions, and its emotional state can be tracked via an app.

Moflin is expected to ship starting November 7th.
