As the name is already registered by Huawei for its own products.

Huawei obtained the exclusive rights to the "Vision Pro" trademark in 2021, covering various goods and services related to virtual reality headsets and wearable video displays. This poses a potential challenge for Apple as it recently unveiled its highly anticipated Vision Pro AR headset, set to hit the market next year.

Huawei, a former rival of Apple in the smartphone market, has also released consumer gadgets under the "Vision" product name, including the Huawei Vision Glass and smart TV screens under the Vision series.

This is not the first time the two companies have been involved in a trademark dispute. Previously, Apple lost a legal battle to block Huawei's use of the "MatePod" name.

To navigate the trademark issue, Apple may consider following its previous strategy when it trademarked "Apple Watch" after facing opposition from Swatch over the use of "iWatch" in the UK. Apple could potentially secure the trademark for "Apple Vision" in China, leveraging its strong brand recognition and the non-distinctive nature of the word "Vision."

Experts suggest that trademark conflicts are not uncommon, especially for global product launches by major companies like Apple.
