The device, blending augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), was first released in the United States in February, with global expansion beginning in June.

Greg Joswiak, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, confirmed the new regions in an X post, expressing excitement for more customers to experience Apple’s "spatial computing." Vision Pro is currently available in countries including China, Japan, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

While initial sales were slowed by the high price tag and limited exclusive content, Apple views Vision Pro as a stepping stone toward a larger AR ecosystem. A second-generation model or a lower-cost version expected no sooner than 2026.
