This move allows users of a wide range of Garmin smartwatches to enjoy YouTube Music directly from their devices, marking an important expansion of the app's platform availability.
Garmin smartwatches are known for their excellent performance and battery life, thanks to their lightweight operating system. However, this has sometimes meant that larger apps weren't always available on the platform.
This expansion follows an exclusive announcement that Google plans to bring YouTube Music to more platforms and devices. While many users are familiar with the YouTube Music experience on Android and iOS, having the app available on Garmin smartwatches offers greater convenience and flexibility.
Although more device support is expected in the near future, the current list of supported Garmin devices already provides a compelling new option for music lovers.
