Apple is said to be actively working on a foldable MacBook, according to renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

While speculation about Apple's foray into foldable devices has been circulating, Kuo's latest insights shed light on the company's progress in this area.

Details regarding the foldable MacBook remain scarce, but Kuo suggests that it will feature a sizable 20.3-inch screen. This development, he notes, represents Apple's primary focus in the foldable space, with other foldable iPhone or iPad projects still in experimental stages. Kuo said in a post on X:

Recently, I’ve received many inquiries about whether Apple plans to mass-produce the foldable iPhone or iPad in 2025 or 2026. My latest survey indicates that currently, Apple’s only foldable product with a clear development schedule is the 20.3-inch MacBook, expected to enter mass production in 2027

Kuo's information aligns with earlier rumors from 2022, where analysts hinted at Apple's exploration of foldable notebook concepts. Bloomberg's Mark Gurman had also hinted at Apple's interest in a foldable device boasting a 20-inch display.
