The UAE Goes into Partnership with Start-Up Deel to Attract Foreign Workers

The United Arab Emirates is beginning to collaborate with payroll and recruitment start-up Deel. It works with companies such as Coinbase and Shopify.

The strategic partnership between Deel and the UAE's Office of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications will help interested people get a visa more quickly. Customers will be able to get two types of visas - a ten-year independent residence or a more flexible visa for a shorter period.

CEO Boaziz said that Deel had already started hiring workers in recent weeks as part of the agreement, and it could eventually extend to tens of thousands of employees.
