Bigger batteries have been added to the ROG Flow lineup, which resolves the main problem with previous models.

Asus has announced updates to its ROG Flow lineup, including the X13, X16, and Z13 models. These gaming laptops will feature the latest processors and mobile graphics cards, as well as larger batteries to address previous issues with poor battery life. In addition to their 2-in-1 displays, the X16 and Z13 can also be used with an external GPU made by Asus for improved gaming performance.

The Flow X13 and Flow Z13 laptops have significantly larger batteries than their previous models. The Flow X13 now has a 75Whr battery, up from 62Whr, while the Flow Z13 has a 130Whr battery, up from just 56Whr. These larger batteries address a major issue with the earlier models, as their smaller batteries resulted in poor battery life.

The Flow X16, however, will retain the 90Whr battery of its 2021 model. The Flow X13 will be powered by an AMD R9 processor and an Nvidia GPU, with up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and 2TB of SSD storage. The Flow X16 has similar specs, but will only be available with Intel processors. The Flow Z13 will have a maximum of 16GB of DDR5 RAM and 1TB of storage. The Flow X16 is the only model that offers the option of a 240Hz display with Asus' Nebula technology, which has a peak brightness of up to 1,200 nits.

As of now, there is no information on the final price range or availability for the new Flow laptops from Asus. However, to give an idea of what to expect, the 2021 ROG Flow models had prices starting at approximately $1,300 and reaching as high as $2,700. These prices do not include the cost of the external GPU offered by Asus, which is an additional $1,300. It is possible that the new Flow configurations will be available as a bundle with the external GPU.
