HMD has announced Nokia 5710 XpressAudio, which has an unusual design. It has a built-in compartment for the wireless earbuds that will be included in the package.

There is a special slot at the top of the phone for storing the earbuds, hidden behind a sliding cover. The slot can also be used to charge the earbuds, which can work autonomously for up to four hours of music listening and 2.4 hours of calls.

The new model has a 2.4-inch QVGA display with a conventional alphanumeric keypad. It uses the Unisoc T107 processor and has a VGA camera and a removable 1450mAh battery with a capacity of 6 hours of 4G talk time. It charges via microUSB and supports 4G/LTE cellular networks (two SIM cards allowed). A FM tuner and a microSD card slot with up to 32 GB capacity are included.

The device will sell for £74.99 (€69) and will be available in the UK at the end of July, but there is no word yet on a worldwide release.
