Toy and game maker Hasbro, under its new partnership with 3D-printing company Formlabs, will allow customers to order individual collectible six-inch figures with their own face.

Hasbro uses the classic, produced injection moulded action figure body combined with a 3D-printed head and hair to make a complete figure.

To get the figure, customers will need to download the Hasbro Pulse app, scan their face, select the figure they want and customise the hairstyle.

Some of the characters that the buyer's face can be added to include GI Joe, Ghostbusters, Power Rangers, Star Wars, Marvel, Ghostbusters, G.I. Joe, including Iron Man, Snake Eyes, Black Panther, an X-Wing Pilot, and more.

The Selfie Series figures will go on sale in the US this autumn at a price of $60.
