Etihad Airways, the UAE's national airline, has signed a partnership agreement with BD4, an artificial intelligence-based profiling and decision-making platform, to support the airline's digital innovation.

Following extensive testing, Etihad will roll out the BD4 platform across all digital touchpoints. According to the company, it will improve the customer experience by helping the company to connect with its audience on a one-to-one basis.

With accurate artificial intelligence models and real-time profiling capabilities, Etihad Airways will be able to use predictive analytics at the individual passenger level, thereby significantly increasing the relevance of brand interactions and promotions.
