New leaks have revealed more details about the release timing, availability and possible name of Apple’s first foldable iPhone, 9to5Mac reports, citing Chinese leakers.

Apple is expected to unveil the foldable iPhone within the next few weeks, although the device could be extremely difficult to find at launch.

According to leaker Fixed Focus Digital, the initial supply will be “extremely limited.” Apple reportedly plans to produce 10 million units, but suppliers could take between three and five months to reach that target.

Previous rumors suggested the device might initially launch only in the U.S., but the latest reports dispute those claims. Despite earlier concerns around hinge production, mass manufacturing is reportedly progressing smoothly and the foldable iPhone is expected to receive a global launch.

There is also some uncertainty around the iPhone Ultra name. Leaker Instant Digital doubts Apple will use it for the foldable device and suggests the company could instead reserve the Ultra branding for a future model marking the iPhone’s 20th anniversary.
