Samsung freezes Galaxy Buds 3 Pro shipments over quality concerns

This decision aims to avoid a potential PR disaster similar to the Galaxy Note incident from eight years ago.

The original release date of July 24 has been pushed to August 28, although it's unclear if this new date is final. Samsung has removed the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro listing from Amazon and has advised customers experiencing issues to contact their service centers.

In a statement to Engadget and Android Authority, Samsung emphasized its commitment to high quality standards and apologized for any inconvenience caused by the delay.

To ensure all products meet our quality standards, we have temporarily suspended deliveries of Galaxy Buds3 Pro devices to distribution channels to conduct a full quality control evaluation before shipments to consumers take place.
