Samsung, after unveiling the Galaxy Ring earlier this year, is set to reveal full details next week at Samsung’s Unpacked event on July 10.

A new report has provided an early look at the Galaxy Ring’s price, suggesting it will start at €449 in France. The smart ring, available in 13 sizes and 3 colors, is expected to be released to customers on July 19.

Compared to other health-tracking smart rings, the Galaxy Ring is on the higher end of the price spectrum. For instance, the Oura Ring starts at $299, and the RingConn begins at $279. Rumors from May hinted that the Galaxy Ring could exceed $300, possibly with a subscription model, but recent information had been scarce.

Dealabs’ report hints that the €449 price might translate to around $429 in the US, given the pricing strategy for other Samsung products like the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. However, this still places the Galaxy Ring above many competitors in the market.

It's still unclear if Samsung will implement a subscription fee for the Galaxy Ring, which could significantly affect its overall cost.

Samsung has already opened reservations for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, as well as other upcoming devices.
