This feature, previously in beta testing for verified users, is now accessible to a broader audience, with plans for iOS and Android availability in the near future.

The job search tool resembles LinkedIn in its functionality and currently displays a variety of job openings, including positions at prominent tech companies such as SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, X itself, and Elon Musk's latest venture, x.ai. However, the tool is relatively basic at this stage, allowing users to browse job listings and descriptions.

Notably, despite Musk's promises of a LinkedIn competitor, users are being directed to third-party sites to fill out job applications, even for positions at Company X.

Although the tool currently has limited functionality, there are hints in the company's updated privacy policy that suggest X may have more ambitious career-oriented features in development, potentially including recruiting features and advanced job search capabilities.
