Telegram now lets users withdraw Stars

Telegram has updated the “My Stars” section for personal accounts, adding several useful features.

The first noticeable change is the new Statistics tab. Here, users can view the history of Stars added to their account over a selected period of time.

The section also shows exact figures, including available balance, total balance, and total inflows. In other words, it reflects not only the Stars currently on an account, but also those earned by the user.

For example, these may include payouts from paid posts or gifts that have been sold. That means users can now withdraw Stars from their accounts, though in practice this applies to earned Stars, not those purchased directly.

Telegram announced the ability to withdraw earned Stars back in March 2025, but personal accounts only began receiving broad access to the feature at the end of August.
