The latest Telegram beta for iOS, version 12.6.4 (32843), introduces a set of new content moderation tools and AI personalisation features, Durov's Code has found.
One of the headline additions is the ability to create custom styles for the built-in AI editor. Users can set a style name, pick an icon, and write the instructions (prompts) that guide the neural network.

These templates will be shareable via dedicated links. The feature is still in testing — saving a new style to the server cannot yet be completed.
To tackle reaction spam, the messenger has rolled out a new tool: a long press on a reaction under a message brings up an option to block the user and instantly remove all of their activity in the chat.

The same group cleanup capabilities will be made available to third-party developers through the Bot API, allowing administrators of large communities to automate moderation.
Polls have also gained protections against vote manipulation. Channel administrators can now restrict voting to users who subscribed more than 24 hours ago, locking out fresh accounts.

Telegram has also added geographic filters for polls. A vote can now be restricted to users located in selected countries or regions only.
