Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, has said he is willing to cover the cost of in vitro fertilisation (IVF) for women who want to have a child with him, according to the Daily Mail.

There are two requirements for applicants: the woman must be unmarried and under the age of 38.

Since 2010, the Russian-born billionaire has become the biological father of more than 100 children across 12 countries through sperm donation.

In interviews with various media outlets, Durov has said that he does not differentiate between his children. He has also stated that heirs who can prove biological relation to him may “perhaps in 30 years” be able to claim a share of his estate, which is currently estimated at around $17 billion.

The publication also notes that last year dozens of women responded to an advertisement offering Durov’s sperm free of charge at a clinic in Moscow. At the time, conference discussions and social media posts described Durov as having “high genetic compatibility.”
