Apple is Expected to Release a Non-Standard Size Laptop

Apple will introduce a 15.5-inch MacBook Air this spring.

According to analyst Ross Young, Apple is developing a 15.5-inch MacBook Air that could be introduced as early as spring 2023. In a tweet shared with followers, Young said that production on panels designed for the ‌MacBook Air‌ will start in the first quarter of 2023.

Thus, Apple can introduce the largest MacBook Air in the current lineup. Current MacBook Air models are equipped with 13.6-inch screens.

It is expected that the 15-inch MacBook Air will receive a design similar to the 13-inch model. It is likely that the laptop will also be equipped with a MagSafe charging port. The laptop will be released in two versions with chips M2 and M2 Pro. According to some information, the MacBook Air may receive support for ProMotion or a mini-LED screen, upgraded speaker system, and a 1080p camera.
