Android Headlines has shared official renders of the upcoming Google Pixel 10 lineup, along with key details about specs, colors, and availability.
The Pixel 10 will be unveiled on August 20, with pre-orders opening the same day and shipments starting August 28.
The base Pixel 10 model comes in four vibrant color options: Obsidian (black), Indigo (dark blue), Frost (light blue), and Limoncello (a yellow-green hue). The Porcelain color will no longer be available for the standard model this year.
One of the major design changes is the revamped camera module, which now includes three lenses: a 48MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide, and a 10.8MP telephoto lens. This is the first time a base Pixel model includes a telephoto lens. While the sensors are more compact, experts note that Google’s software processing may actually improve image quality.
Following earlier leaks of the base model, official images of the Pixel 10 Pro have also surfaced. Unlike the bright palette of the standard Pixel 10, the Pro model features more subdued tones: Obsidian (black), Porcelain (white), Moonstone (a bluish-gray), and Jade — a soft pistachio green with a gold accent frame. The Jade color is a surprising highlight for the Pro line, which traditionally sticks to more neutral shades.
Specs-wise, changes are minimal. The Pixel 10 Pro will run on the new Tensor G5 chip, with 16GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB. It features a 4870 mAh battery — slightly smaller than the base model, due to the inclusion of a vapor chamber cooling system, which the Pixel 10 lacks. The display sizes remain unchanged: 6.3 inchesfor the Pixel 10 Pro and 6.8 inches for the Pro XL variant.
