Apple is working on a wearable AI gadget roughly comparable in size to an AirTag, according to The Information.

Sources say the device will feature a thin, flat, disc-shaped body made of aluminum and glass. The front panel is expected to house two cameras, a main camera and an ultra-wide camera, designed to capture the user’s surroundings.

The gadget will reportedly be equipped with three microphones to pick up ambient sound, as well as a built-in speaker. One side will include a physical button, while the back will feature a magnetic wireless charging interface similar to that of the Apple Watch.

The device will be able to record speech throughout the day, generate short summaries, and store the user’s ideas. Information will automatically sync with Notes, Reminders, and Calendar. The cameras will also allow the gadget to analyze the environment and provide contextual prompts, such as estimating the calorie content of food.

The product is expected to launch in 2027, although the project is still at an early stage of development.
