Apple to launch iOS 18 next week with new customization features

Apple has announced that iOS 18 will be available on September 16th, introducing new ways for users to personalize their iPhone homescreen and lockscreen.

The update allows users to freely rearrange apps and widgets and offers a redesigned Control Center, a new password management app, and support for satellite messaging.

However, Apple's advanced Intelligence features and an upgraded Siri will not arrive until iOS 18.1, expected in public beta by October. Other updates rolling out on September 16th include macOS Sequoia, watchOS 11, and visionOS 2
