Opera for Android adds AI-powered image context understanding

Opera has enhanced its Android browser with a new AI-driven "Image Understanding" feature, initially launched on desktop versions.

Using Opera's Aria AI, users can now upload images directly from their Android devices, allowing the browser to interpret and provide context about the images. This feature, available in the latest beta version 85 of the app, offers users the ability to ask questions or gain information related to the uploaded images.

The functionality is expected to roll out to the stable version soon. Users interested in trying it out can download the Opera Beta from the Google Play Store.
