DiDi, a popular China-based on-demand transportation platform, announced the launch of “DiDi Fly”, the company’s first motorcycle service in Egypt.

The launch of this service comes after celebrating the first anniversary of the company's start of operations in Egypt. DiDi reiterated its commitment to providing flexible, safe and affordable transportation options with great capabilities and benefits for passengers and drivers alike.

A new motorcycle delivery service “DiDi Fly” has been introduced to the “DiDi Drivers” app for drivers, which means that scooter owners can already register to start working, while users can access this service through the “DiDi Passenger” app and request a scooter ride, which will be 50% cheaper than traveling by car.

DiDi launched its operations in Egypt in September 2021, becoming one of the few players in the market along Careem, Uber and InDriver.
