Spotify lauched a new AI DJ feature

The DJ is a personalized AI guide that plays music along with commentary around the tracks and artists.

The lyrics of the commentary are composed by AI based on GPT. The voice is "stunningly realistic". To turn on the feature:

  1. Go to your Musik Feed on Home in the Spotify mobile app
  2. Choose Play on the DJ card
  3. The rest will do Spotify. The DJ will play music alongside short comments on the song and artists
  4. To switch to different genre, artist, or mood just tap the button at the bottom right of the screen.

This feature, first rolling out in beta, is available only to Spotify Premium users in the U.S. and Canada so far.
