One enthusiast tweeted a thread of unreleased gadgets or cancelled prototypes from the past

From the first ever prototype of an Android phone, through Nokia's super small smartphone, to unreleased cosmic Nokia 7700.
Alvin started a thread with the first ever prototype of an Android phone, codenamed "Sooner". He wrote that the prototype had 64 MB RAM, a 320x240 screen, a 1.3 MP camera, and a 960 mAh battery.
Have you ever seen it before?
What about a Sony Ericsson's Xperia VAIO smartphone that was initially planned to be released back in 2010? In 4 years later the VAIO brand was acquired. As Alvin wrote the prototype ran Android 2.1 Eclair, had a 5.5" display.
Look at this hinged slide-out QWERTY Keyboard!
And a Nokia Ion Mini? It was supposed to be Nokia's super small smartphone that runs Android 4.3, made between 2013 and 2014.
The one with a unique design and bright colors. That was Project Gem, Essential's cancelled phone. It ran Snapdragon 730, had a fingerprint walkie-talkie mode, and ran a modified Android OS.
The unreleased Nokia 7700 was supposed to be launched in mid-2004, but then cancelled due to unknown reasons. Alvin wrote that according to some theories, the reason was unattractive and bulky design.
