Mark Gurman from Bloomberg reports that iPhone 13 mini stock is dwindling and Apple's U.S. online store has extended shipping deadlines, indicating a possible halt in sales after Apple's "Wonderlust" event later this week.

The iPhone 13 mini was introduced as a compact option in the iPhone lineup, following the iPhone 12 mini. Despite initial excitement for smaller phones, it appears the device didn't see the same level of demand as other models. Research firm CIRP estimated that the iPhone 13 mini accounted for just 3% of overall iPhone 13 sales in the U.S. in early 2022.

Apple's new iPhone lineup is expected to include the iPhone 15 series, with various size options, and the entry-level iPhone SE. Even the iPhone SE, however, is rumored to receive a larger 6.1-inch display in the near future, indicating a shift in Apple's focus away from smaller phones due to limited popularity.

The official confirmation or discontinuation of the iPhone 13 mini is expected to come during Apple's event this week.
